Asparagus and Smoked Salmon Brunch

Ingredients

  • 2 sachets Pixo Pearls - Original
  • 1 loaf crusty cheese bread
  • Butter
  • 1 bunch asparagus, blanched
  • 4 oz. sour cream

Directions

  1. Slice 4 pieces bread, toast and butter
  2. Place warm asparagus on top of toast, then 2 pieces of salmon
  3. Spoon on a tsp of sour cream then finish with Pixo Pealrs
