Gazpacho Granita

Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes, rough chopped
  • ½ Cucumber, rough chopped
  • ½ Cup Gingras XO Raspberry Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Demerara sugar
  • 1 Red onion, rough chopped
  • ½ Red Bell pepper, rough chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

Directions

  1. Marinate all ingredients, in an airtight container in the fridge overnight
  2. Blend and place in the freezer
  3. Once frozen, pulse in blender and serve
