Gingras Shoots

  • 1 bunch of Asparagus
  • 2 tbsp. Gingras XO Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Fresh ground pepper


  1. Fill a pot 1/4 full of water and place on the heat with a lid on.
  2. Snap the bases from the asparagus.
  3. When the water is boiling place the asparagus in the pot and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and drain
  5. Warm the asparagus with the vinegar and pepper
