Gingras Sour Pie

  • 2oz spiced rum
  • 5oz apple juice
  • Dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Gingras XO Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 apple wedge


  1. Fill a highball glass 2/3rds with ice; pour in the spiced rum
  2. Add the cinnamon and vinegar
  3. Top up with apple juice and finish with an apple wedge on the rim of the glass
