Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Gingras XO Raspberry Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. demerara sugar
  • Rosemary fresh sprig (blackberry)
  • Thyme fresh sprig (Raspberry)
  • 1 pack raspberries or blackberries
  • Vodka or white rum
  • Soda water

Directions

  1. Heat vinegar in a small pot and add sugar, stir until dissolved; remove from heat to cool
  2. Add herbs and fruit to warm vinegar mix
  3. Let sit for a few days before use
  4. Mix 2 tbsp. with vodka or white rum and top up with soda water on ice
