Sundried tomato, Salami and Pixo Pearls

Ingredients

  • 1 Parmesan baguette, sliced into rounds, toasted
  • 1 small jar sundried tomatoes
  • 24 slices of hard salami
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Pixo Pearls - Original

Directions

  1. Using the olive oil and sea salt, dress the arugula in a bowl.
  2. Place some arugula on the baguette
  3. Add the sundried tomatoes and salami
  4. Finish with Pixo Pearls & sea salt to season
