Gazpacho Granita

Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes, rough chopped
- ½ Cucumber, rough chopped
- ½ Cup Gingras XO Raspberry Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Garlic clove, sliced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Demerara sugar
- 1 Red onion, rough chopped
- ½ Red Bell pepper, rough chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
Directions
- Marinate all ingredients, in an airtight container in the fridge overnight
- Blend and place in the freezer
- Once frozen, pulse in blender and serve
